Born and raised in Montreal, Karen has had the privilege of working the high-end luxury real estate market since 2004. She is a Chartered Real Estate Broker in Quebec and was the first broker to join Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec in 2006. She was Managing Broker for almost two years as well as a sales associate in Ontario.
At Quebec‘s newest brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Quebec, Karen is proud to be part of an innovative and forward thinking team staying true to core values. Helping to build a brand from the beginning is exciting and will cement BHHS into Quebec’s unique culture while linking it to its affiliates around the world.
Karen is proud of her strong retail and sales management background. She has previously worked in human resources, benefits administration, sales management, and owned a retail business for several years. When she made the decision to license in real estate, Karen found her niche in unique residential properties and attracted high profile buyers from around the world. By offering her clients her expertise, professionalism and personal attention, she gains the trust required to get the job done efficiently.
Prior to Karen’s professional career, she received her degree in Criminology at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, attended Marianopolis College in Montreal and Miss Edgars and Miss Cramps School for Girls in Westmount, Quebec.
A people person with a sense of humour, Karen always does what she loves while maintaining her integrity and loyalty to clients and colleagues alike. A mother of four grown children in their 20s and 30s, she certainly understands the value of time management and good work ethic.
As distractions from her busy schedule, Karen enjoys, among other things, cooking for her family and friends, travelling the world, reading, walking and hiking, and great conversation.
